Below are draft renderings of the proposed expansion of INDIAN BEACH PARK, located on 46th Street and Collins Ave. between the Eden Roc Hotel and the Mimosa Condominium. The park will have a "BEACH THEME." Colors will be primarily royal blue and lime green, with white and silver poles and accents.
The MBNA has been working for almost two years with the City of Miami Beach Parks & Recreation Dept. to enhance and expand Indian Beach Park. We provided our input and collaborated with the design of a beach-themed iconic park for the enjoyment of 2 to 12 year old children.
The playground equipment is currently in production. Completion for this entire project is expected for summer of 2021.
Project includes blue, green and sand colored poured-in-place flooring and triangular shade sails in Lime Green (4 sails) and Sky Blue (two sails) to cover the entire perimeter of the playground:
