  • Monday, February 2, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Condo "Town Hall Meeting" via Zoom.  
  • Wednesday, March 11, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Membership Meeting via Zoom.
  • Wednesday, April 29, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in-person "Annual Meeting & Presentations" at The Miami Beach Edition Hotel (2901 Collins Ave.)
  • May, June, July & August, 2026 -  Only "Working Group Meetings" and/or "Special Meetings" will take place during summer months;  (dates & times TBA.)
  • Wednesday, September 2, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom - "Candidate Forum" for State Representatives.
  • Wednesday, October 7, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Membership Meeting via Zoom.
  • Thursday, November 12, 2026 - 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Membership Meeting via Zoom. (Wednesday 11/11 is Veteran's Day)
  • NO MEETING HELD IN DECEMBER, 2026.
NEIGHBORHOOD AFFAIRS DIVISION CONTACT INFO:
The Neighborhood Affairs Division in Miami Beach focuses on coordinating city services with the specific needs and requests of different neighborhoods. They act as a bridge between the city's operational departments and residents, businesses, civic groups, and condominium associations. ​
