BECOMING A MEMBER

HOW DO WE BECOME A MEMBER OF THE MBNA?

Membership is open only for Hotels and Condominiums located in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, abutting along Collins Avenue and Indian Creek, bordered on the South by 24th Street and extending North to 63
rd Street.

​To become a Member, an eligible Condominium Association or Hotel must complete the online form below and submit it, together with the annual dues, to the Association’s Treasurer.  Dues must be paid annually, during the month of March, in order for membership to be active.


Each "Condominium Member" or "Hotel Member" shall designate one "Representative" on its behalf who shall be a "Director".  The Representative for the Condominium Member must own a residential unit in the condominium.

Member Associations shall also appoint one  "Alternate" to serve only in the absence of the Representative.  Each Member shall have one vote. Votes shall be cast by the designated "Representative" or, in his/her absence, by the "Alternate."

​ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
Condominiums:  $75.00
Hotels:  $250.00

MBNA dues are due on March 15th of each year.  Membership must be renewed annually for a calendar year.
