Governor Ron DeSantis has signed HB 1021 that took effect on July 1, 2024.  This 154 page bill impacts all Condominium Board Members and Management.  This bill includes strikethroughs and additions to the previous bill.  It also includes information on the REQUIRED "Structural Integrity Reserve Study" (SIRS).
