Hyundai Air & Sea Show
Saturday, May 28 - Sunday, May 29

“The Greatest Show Above the Earth” showcases the men, women, technology and equipment from all five branches of the United States Military as well as our police, firefighters and their first responder agencies. This two-day spectacular event on Memorial Day Weekend features offshore powerboat racing exhibitions, extreme water sports, military display village and more, all on the beautiful shores of Miami Beach.  Miami Beach residents are eligible for a 10% discount on tickets. Just enter the promo code "MIAMIBEACH" at checkout.  Click here to purchase tickets.

REQUIRED PROPERTY SIGNAGE
Beginning April 1, 2022, as determined by Ordinance No. 2021-4454, all property owners with access to the Beachwalk must prominently display their correct street address number on the easternmost perimeter structure facing the Beachwalk.

In order to have uniformity on our Beachwalk, we designed a beach theme and found a company that can create these code-compliant signs for all our MBNA Members, and other communities that request it, at a very reasonable price. If you would like to order your Condo or Hotel sign for your Beachwalk facing gate, please complete the order form below. Cost for the full color, reflective, 18” X 24” aluminum sign is only $60.00 (plus $5.25 tax and $15.00 shipping).

CLICK HERE FOR MBNA'S BEACHWALK PAGE WITH SIGN ORDER FORM to receive the MBNA Member rate.
  • For more information on the sign, call Fabio at 305-968-2978 or email him at: fabio.sr@clickprinter.com
  • For more information on the Ordinance,  send an email to Dexter Peralta, the Neighborhood Affairs Coordinator, at: dexterperalta@miamibeachfl.gov

INDIAN CREEK DRIVE IS OPEN!
We're thrilled that the much anticipated and newly renovated Indian Creek Drive is now open to traffic. The Seawall project is ongoing so we hope this phase goes smoothly and quickly.

The MBNA will continue working closely with officials to make sure there's a southbound bike lane on Indian Creek and a northbound bike lane on Collins Ave. that are clearly marked and separated with bike lane delineators (Ziclas.)  We'll also be advocating for new modern bus stop shelters (with sun protection) that are comfortable for all commuters.

NOISE ORDINANCE
COMMISSION MEMO RE NOISE ORDINANCE
The MBNA is in full support of enforcement of the City’s noise ordinance emanating not only from vehicles, but also from vessels.  Immediate issuance of a notice of violation to persons choosing to disregard this ordinance will hopefully be the deterrent needed to stop the conduct that disturbs the right to peaceful enjoyment that all Miami Beach residents deserve.  Thank you Commissioners Samuelian and Meiner for bringing the enforcement of this Ordinance to the forefront.
